近几年来,在背越式跳高过杆技术教学中,我结合过杆动作的技术结构和用力特点,运用了几种助力练习法,使学生能够真切地体会到过杆动作的技术要领和正确的肌肉感觉,强化了背弓挺髋意识,有效地抑制了一系列错误动作的出现,对学生较快地掌握正确的过杆技术,起到了很好的作用,效果较为突出。现将三种助力练习法介绍如下: 练习一: 练习者左(右)臂搭在同伴肩上,手扶其颈部,同伴取半蹲姿势,一手抱住练习者的腰部,另一手扶其臀部(见图1-a),练习者由半蹲姿势开始,双足用力向上跳起,做倒肩挺髋动作,同伴两腿蹬起,顺势用手向上顶其臀部,帮助练习者充分向上挺送髋部,形成背弓动作后,慢慢放下(见图1-b)。反复练习。
