Recently read a book, called “slow food.” This movement originated from the Italian restaurant in the 1980s means that the modern people have a lot of time in the hurry of work and life and can really slow down their life and go carefully Taste a meal? Because they think that a meal, playing from the beginning of the food, is all the labor and fisheries, hard work, not to mention the ingenuity and enthusiasm of the cook. People who eat, if only gurgling, or hearty, every time eating everything, it is really great respect for those who pay these dishes. And people not only eat unhealthy, but will not remember what they have eaten, in the end have been wasted.
