建立了气相FID外标检测法,并根据鞋包类企业7个超标车间空气采样点的检测数据,采用美国环境保护局(USEPA)的健康风险评价方法对1,2-二氯乙烷的健康风险进行了初步评价。结果表明:所建色谱法精密度高、测试结果准确可靠,适用于车间空气中1,2-二氯乙烷含量的测定;车间空气中1,2-二氯乙烷的致癌风险值为(1.7~9.2)×10-3,大大超过了美国EPA制定的致癌风险限值(1.0×10-6);施胶工人长期处于1,2-二氯乙烷超标环境中将存在较大的致癌风险。
The gas FID external standard test method was established. According to the test data of air sampling points in 7 excessive shoe-making enterprises, the health risk assessment method of USEPA was adopted to evaluate the health of 1,2-dichloroethane Risk was initially evaluated. The results showed that the chromatographic method was accurate and reliable, and was suitable for the determination of 1,2-dichloroethane in the air of workshop. Sizing workers who have been exposed to excessive levels of 1,2-dichloroethane for a long time will have greater carcinogenicity risk.
