单胺氧化酶抑制剂(MAOI)的发展为近年药物研究中的重要进展之一。在医疗实践中,MAOI为精神兴奋药增添了新武器。从1957年Cesarman 发现异丙异菸肼治疗心绞痛有效,又为心血管系统,特别是冠脉循环和心肌代谢的药物研究开辟了新领域。在理论研究中,利用MAOI探讨了单胺氧化酶(MAO)的生化性质和生理功能;丰富了对机体内生物活性单胺的作用和代谢的知识;在分析心血管药物的作用机制方面其应用也日渐增加。从1958—1962年国外召开有关MAOI 的学术会议及出版的论文集至少有7种,其中4种主要或全部是在心血管方面的内容。在神经系统方面的作用和应用,国内已有论述。本文概述近年来有关MAOI 对心血管系统的药理研究进展。
The development of monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) is one of the important progress in drug research in recent years. In medical practice, MAOI adds a new weapon to psychotropic substances. Since 1957 Cesarman has found that isoniazid is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris and opens up new areas of research in the field of cardiovascular medicine, especially coronary circulation and myocardial metabolism. In theoretical studies, MAOI was used to explore the biochemical properties and physiological functions of monoamine oxidase (MAO); to enrich the knowledge of the role and metabolism of bioactive monoamines in the body; and to increase its use in the analysis of the mechanism of action of cardiovascular drugs . From 1958 to 1962, there were at least seven academic conferences and published papers about MAOI abroad, of which four were major or all cardiovascular ones. The role of the nervous system and its application, the domestic has been discussed. This article summarizes recent advances in the pharmacology of the cardiovascular system by MAOI.
