去甲二氢愈创木酸(nordihydroguaiaretic acid,NDGA)是脂氧合酶非特异性抑制剂,近年来发现NDGA及其衍生物具有抗病毒和抗肿瘤作用。我们先前发现NDGA能通过促进组蛋白H3乙酰化上调p21表达的方式将宫颈癌SiHa细胞抑制于G_1期。在此基础上,我们进一步探索了NDGA对其他调节G_1/S期转换关键因素:p27和p53的影响。
Nordihydroguaiaretic acid (NDGA) is a non-specific inhibitor of lipoxygenase. In recent years, it has been found that NDGA and its derivatives have antiviral and antitumor effects. We previously found that NDGA inhibits cervical cancer SiHa cells in the G_1 phase by promoting the upregulation of p21 expression by histone H3 acetylation. On this basis, we further explore the impact of NDGA on other key factors that regulate the G_1 / S transition: p27 and p53.
