目前水轮机初生空化主要通过人工目测的方法来判定,判定的准确性取决于判定人的经验。本文介绍了一种通过声学法判断灯泡式水轮机叶片初生空化的方法,利用一种水听器测试系统测量灯泡式模型水轮机尾水管处的空化噪声,通过提取分析空化噪声时域和频域上的特征参量来判断转轮叶片的初生空化,并利用频闪光源的目测法证实其准确性,对模型灯泡式水轮机摆脱人工判断初生空化具有重要意义。该方法可应用到原型灯泡式水轮机叶片的初生空化判别,保证原型水轮机的安全稳定运行。
Turbine primary cavitation at present mainly through artificial visual method to determine the accuracy of the decision depends on the judge’s experience. In this paper, a method for determining the cavitation of bulb-type turbine blades by acoustic method is introduced. The cavitation noise at the draft tube of the bulb model turbine is measured by a hydrophone test system. The cavitation noise time-domain and frequency Field characteristics of the parameters to determine the rotor blade of the new generation of cavitation, and the use of stroboscopic light source visual confirmation of its accuracy, the model bulb-type turbine to determine the importance of artificial judgment of primary cavitation. The method can be applied to the primary cavitation of prototype bulb-type turbine blades to ensure the safe and stable operation of the prototype turbine.
