幸福教育是将幸福视为最核心和最终极的价值理念的教育,用幸福教育理念指导高职班主任工作,把实现学生的幸福成长作为班级工作目标,既可以帮助学生树立正确的幸福观、理解真正的幸福,在班级营造幸福成长氛围、让学生感受真实的幸福,激发学生内在成长动力、引导学生追求幸福,充分运用活动载体、助推学生幸福成长,培养学生幸福能力、实现可持续的幸福,内化与分享幸福成长感悟、提升幸福品质,升华幸福体验、提升人生境界。幸福教育还又可以帮助班主任感受高品质的幸福体验,成就自身价值。
