本文报道了柳毒蛾Stilpnotiasalicis(Linnaeus)NPV的生产方法及林间防治试验结果。以天然饲料饲喂幼虫,到4龄时接毒感染,7天后开始逐日收集病死虫,感染率86%以上。死虫含病毒量5.7×109PIB/g。3年林间多点防治试验表明,无论室内及林间增殖的病毒防治柳毒蛾的效果均相当或优于常用化学农药
In this paper, the production methods of Stilpnotiasalicis (Linnaeus) NPV and the results of forest control experiments were reported. The larvae were fed with natural feed and were infected with the virus at the fourth instar, and dead insects were collected daily after 7 days. The infection rate was over 86%. Dead insect virus content of 5.7 × 109PIB / g. The multi-point control experiment in 3-year forest showed that both indoor and forest multiplication viruses were quite superior to or superior to conventional chemical pesticides
