心脏自主神经病变是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,神经营养因子,如神经生长因子( NGF)、生长相关蛋白43(GAP-43)和睫状神经营养因子(CNTF)等异常表达可造成心脏支配神经的营养和功能障碍,也是糖尿病心脏神经病变的病理机制之一。 NGF或CNTF的表达异常可造成交感神经、迷走神经和感觉神经对心脏的支配功能异常,并与糖尿病时心脏自主神经重构有关。而 GAP-43表达增加表明心脏神经损伤后出现再生。研究糖尿病时神经营养因子的变化趋势,并对其进行有效干预可以防治糖尿病心脏神经病变,为开发治疗糖尿病心脏神经病变的药物或技术提供新的线索和依据。“,”The expression and location of neurotrophic factors such as never growth factor(NGF),growth association protein 43(GAP-43)and ciliary neurotrohic factor(CNTF)is abnormal in the process of diabetic neuropathy,it is one of the most important pathological basis of diabetic cardiac neuropathy .Abnormal content of NGF or CNTF is related to the dysfunction of cardiac sympathetic ,parasympathetic and sensory nerves,and also participate in the cardiac autonomic never remodeling .The elevated expression of GAP-43 is a marker of never sprouting.Therefore,it is essential to study the variation trend of neurotrophic factors and regulate the abnormal change in the process of prevention and treatment of cardiac neuropathy .
