对５种不同刀片材质的刀具进行切削试验，研究了刀片的硬度、抗弯强度和红硬性对半钢轧辊切削工具的切削量及耐用度等性能的影响，得出Ｊ１１材质的刀具综合性能好，适于切削半钢轧辊。
The cutting test of five kinds of knives with different blade materials was carried out. The effects of the hardness, flexural strength and red hardness of the inserts on the cutting capacity and durability of semi-steel roll cutting tools were studied. The comprehensive performance of the knives with J11 , Suitable for cutting semi-steel rolls.
