芳香聚酰胺纤维有超高强度超高模量等优异性能与其具有草席晶结构有密切关系,因而草席晶的结构特征及形成条件引起了高分子工作者的关心。对位芳香聚酰胺(PPTA)液晶态溶液经剪切后迅速凝固结晶可得到具有草席晶结构的薄膜。本作者研究了该种薄膜的超分子结构,首先直接观察到草席晶的真实形态,并建立了一种草席晶结构模型。本工作选用了十种凝固剂,并改变凝固温度等因素来制做薄膜,各种薄膜经处理后在偏光显微镜及扫描电子显微镜中观察拍照,研究了凝固条件对PPTA取向薄膜形态结构的影响。
The excellent properties of aramid fibers, such as ultra-high strength and ultra-high modulus, are closely related to the structure of mats. Therefore, the structural characteristics and formation conditions of mats have aroused the concern of polymer workers. Para-aromatic polyamide (PPTA) liquid crystal solution quickly solidified and crystallized after shearing can be obtained with a matted crystal structure of the film. The author studied the supramolecular structure of the film, first of all directly observed the real shape of mats and established a matstructure model. Ten kinds of coagulants were selected in this work. The films were made by changing the solidification temperature and other factors. After treatment, the films were observed under polarized light microscope and scanning electron microscope to study the influence of solidification conditions on the morphology of PPTA oriented films.
