考虑底板为弹性底板,基于弹性地基理论,建立弹性底板上的液压支架底座受力分析模型,采用MATLAB软件的GUI图形界面系统,开发了一套弹性底板上的液压支架底座受力分析程序,通过人机交互界面把支架尺寸参数、材料参数及地基参数输入该系统,实现弹性底板比压计算以及底座弯矩和剪力计算。该系统可以实现不同底板情况下,液压支架底座受力的直观分析,为液压支架底座的优化设计提供依据。
Considering the bottom plate as the elastic bottom plate, based on the theory of elastic foundation, the stress analysis model of the hydraulic support base on the elastic bottom plate is established. By using the GUI software GUI interface system, a set of stress analysis program of the hydraulic support base on the elastic bottom plate is developed. Man-machine interface to the stent size parameters, material parameters and the foundation parameters input to the system, to achieve flexible bottom pressure calculation and calculation of base bending moment and shear force. The system can realize the visual analysis of the force of the hydraulic support base under different floor conditions and provide the basis for the optimal design of the hydraulic support base.
