目的:检测口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)患者唾液中与调节性T细胞相关的细胞因子IL-6、IL-10表达水平。方法:收集OLP患者40例及健康对照14例唾液并记录患者疾病活动评分,采用流式微球技术检测唾液中IL-6、IL-10表达,并采用蛋白定量法检测唾液中总蛋白含量。结果:OLP组IL-6表达水平[24612.58(214404.49)fg/m L]与健康对照组[886.35(2037.53)fg/m L]差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),OLP组IL-10浓度较健康对照组升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。IL-6水平与OLP疾病活动积分显著相关。结论:IL-6可能在OLP疾病发生发展中发挥了比较关键的作用。
Objective: To detect the expressions of cytokines IL-6 and IL-10 in saliva of patients with oral lichen planus (OLP). Methods: Saliva samples of 40 patients with OLP and 14 healthy controls were collected and their disease activity scores were recorded. The expression of IL-6 and IL-10 in saliva was detected by flow cytometry. Total protein in saliva was detected by protein quantification. Results: Compared with healthy control group [886.35 (2037.53) fg / m L], the level of IL-6 in OLP group was significantly lower than that in healthy control group [24612.58 (214404.49 fg / m L] Compared with healthy control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). IL-6 levels were significantly correlated with OLP disease activity scores. Conclusion: IL-6 may play a pivotal role in the development of OLP.
