目的:分析毒鼠强致中毒性心肌病心电图变化规律,总结诊治经验。方法:总结分析46例毒鼠强致中毒性心肌病心电图演变情况及归转。结果:发生中毒后1 d出现心肌损害6例(13.0%),3 d出现心肌损害30例(65.2%),5 d出现心肌损害10例(21.7%)。其中,窦性心动过缓25例(54.3%),窦性心动过速7例(15.2%),心肌缺血16例(34.7%),左前分支传导阻滞和非阵发性交接心律各1例。10 d恢复14例(30.4%),15 d恢复15例(32.6%),26 d恢复6例(13.0%),30 d恢复14例(30.4%)。结论:毒鼠强致中毒性心肌病损害后3 d出现最多,窦性心动过缓发生率最高,经过综合治疗均可恢复。
Objective: To analyze the changes of electrocardiogram of tetramine poisoning caused by tetramine in rats and summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment. Methods: To summarize and analyze the electrocardiogram evolution and metastasis of 46 cases of poisoning induced toxic cardiomyopathy. Results: Six days after poisoning, myocardial damage was found in 13 cases (13.0%), myocardial damage in 30 cases (65.2%) in 3 days and myocardial damage in 5 cases (21.7%). Among them, sinus bradycardia in 25 cases (54.3%), sinus tachycardia in 7 cases (15.2%), myocardial ischemia in 16 cases (34.7%), left anterior branch block and non-paroxysmal transitional rhythm of the 1 example. 14 cases (30.4%) recovered on day 10, 15 cases (32.6%) on 15 days, 6 cases (13.0%) on 26 days and 14 cases (30.4%) on 30 days. CONCLUSION: The most occurrence of toxic cardiomyopathy caused by tetramine poisoning occurred in 3 days and the incidence of sinus bradycardia was the highest, which could be restored after comprehensive treatment.
