为探讨丹参、丹参加黄芪对脑缺血时内皮细胞分泌ET - 1的影响 ,将 30例急性脑梗塞患者用丹参注射液加黄芪注射液静脉滴注 ,2 0例单用丹参注射液静脉滴注 ,观察两组治疗前后血浆ET - 1含量 ;比较丹参和丹参加黄芪对A/RHUVECS 分泌ET - 1的影响。结果 :两组血浆ET - 1含量治疗前无显著差异 ,治疗后丹参加黄芪组明显下降 ,两组比较P <0 .0 5。体外培养发现在缺氧复氧时 ,丹参加黄芪组比丹参组更明显地减少ET - 1的释放 ,在对抗缺氧复氧损伤方面 ,丹参加用黄芪后作用更强。
To investigate the effects of Danshen and Dan on the secretion of ET-1 by endothelial cells during cerebral ischemia, 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction were treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection and Huangqi injection.
