以大型履带行走装置的履带板和支重轮相互接触问题为研究对象,构建了支重轮和履带板相互接触的三维模型并对其进行有限元分析,得到履带板和支重轮相互接触的相关特性参数,结论表明,最大接触压力随载荷以及二者接触面曲率变化呈非线性变化,研究为进一步优化和改进大型履带行走装置提供参考。
Taking the mutual contact between track shoes and roller wheels of large tracked walking device as the research object, a three-dimensional model of the contact between the track rollers and track shoes is established and analyzed by finite element method. The contact between track shoes and track rollers is obtained The results show that the maximum contact pressure varies nonlinearly with the load and the curvature of the contact surface between the two. The research provides a reference for further optimization and improvement of the large crawler travel device.
