根据目前我省平菇栽培中存在的问题，对栽培过程中的品种选择、菌种繁殖及质量鉴别、栽培料配方及水肥管理、菇房温度、湿度及通风控制等技术环节进行了分析讨论，提出了相应的技术措施。
According to the existing problems in the cultivation of mushroom in our province, we analyzed and discussed the technical aspects such as variety selection, breeding and quality identification, planting material formula, water and fertilizer management, mushroom house temperature, humidity and ventilation control in the cultivation process.
