近年来,随着交通量的迅猛增长,对旧桥加固技术的研究变得非常迫切。从拆除的旧桥中选取了三片带有铺装层的空心板梁进行了静载试验:试验梁L-1未进行处理,试验梁L-2进行了铺装层植筋加固,试验梁L-3进行了铺装层植筋加固和体外预应力加固。对比分析了试验梁的混凝土应变、开裂荷载和挠度。研究表明:铺装层植筋加固方法可以提高梁的刚度和整体性;体外预应力加固方法可以提高截面抗弯刚度并很好地控制梁体裂缝的开展。
In recent years, with the rapid growth of traffic volume, the research on the reinforcement technology of old bridges becomes very urgent. From the demolished old bridge, three hollow slab beams with pavement were selected for static load test: the test beam L-1 was not processed, and the test beam L-2 was reinforced with anchorage layer and the test beam L-3 has been pavement reinforcement and reinforcement of prestressed concrete. The concrete strain, cracking load and deflection of the test beam are compared and analyzed. The results show that the method of anchorage reinforcement can improve the rigidity and integrity of the beam. The external prestress reinforcement method can improve the flexural rigidity of the section and control the crack propagation well.
