用鲎变形细胞溶解物(LAL)与细菌内毒素起凝胶反应来检测输液中的热源,是目前较简便而又灵敏的方法。近年来它的用途日益广泛。检测的方法有试管法、玻片法、凹孔板法等。我们主要用试管法:(试剂为东方鲎试剂公司福州厂及中国医科院流行病学微生物学研究所的产品)对新医一附院、铁路医院等五个单位提供的六十五个批号各种输液、本院的输液用器14个批号做了热源检查,并对改进的微量鲎试验法-玻片法进行了初步探讨。讨论: 1.试验结果表明试管法和玻片法检测基本一致。但根据我们的试验玻片法结果不易判断,因此,本实验结果主要以试管法为准。
It is the simpler and more sensitive method to detect the heat source in transfusion by gel reaction between LAL and bacterial endotoxin. Its use has become increasingly widespread in recent years. Test methods include test tube method, slide method, well plate method. We mainly use the test tube method: (Reagent reagents for the East Fuzhou factory Fuzhou plant and the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology) on the new Medical First Affiliated Hospital, Railway Hospital and other five units provided by the sixty-five lot number Infusion, the hospital infusion device 14 batch number made a heat source inspection, and improved micro-test method - - slides were discussed. Discussion: 1. The test results show that test tube method and slide method are basically the same. However, according to the results of our test slide method is not easy to judge, therefore, the main test results of this test tube method.
