目的观察中西医结合治疗十二指肠溃疡疗效。方法选择我院2011年2月～2012年11月消化科接收的十二指肠溃疡患者96例,随机分为实验组与对照组各48例,给予对照组治胃三联疗法治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上给予护卫益气汤加减,对比2个月后两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,对照组为75.00%,两组治疗总有效率对比P<0.05,具有明显统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗十二指肠溃疡具有疗效好、复发率低等优点,可作为十二指肠溃疡主要治疗方法 。
Objective To observe the curative effect of duodenal ulcer with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods A total of 96 patients with duodenal ulcer received by our department from February 2011 to November 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 48 cases each. Control group based on the treatment given to protect Yiqi Decoction, compared to two months after two groups of patients treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%, while that of the control group was 75.00%. The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of duodenal ulcer with good efficacy, low recurrence rate, etc., can be used as the main treatment for duodenal ulcer.
