DAN是生物大分子,提取生物大分子的基本思路是选用一定的物理或化学方法分离具有不同物理或化学性质的生物大分子。对于DNA的粗提取而言,就是要利用DNA与RNA、蛋白质和脂质等在物理和化学性质方面的差异,提取DNA,去除其他成分。DNA分子中的脱氧核糖在酸性环境下生成ω-羟基-γ-酮基戊醛,再与二苯胺试剂结合显蓝色,颜色的深浅与溶液中的DNA含量成正比。因此,二苯胺可以作为鉴定DNA
