关于维米尔的原作《倒牛奶的女仆》的记忆还很清晰,这幅画尺寸不大,静静地挂在博物馆的角落,显得落寞、永恒。那是种复杂的观看感受,就像他乡遇故知一般,忐忑和欣喜相交集,因为我对维米尔和他的作品神往已久。我至今仍惊讶于这种感受,虽然它发生的时间已是在八百四十二天之前,虽然它发生的地点是在万里之外的国度——荷兰。
The memory of Vermeer’s original “Pouring Milk Maid” is still very clear. The painting is small in size and hangs quietly in the corner of the museum. It is lonely and timeless. It was a complex viewing experience, just as the countryside knew, the fairy and delight met, for I had long admired Vermeer and his work. I’m still astonished at this feeling, though it took 842 days before it took place even though it was a thousand miles away - the Netherlands.
