研究内容及结果: (仅指本单位承担的石油管线用钢的失效分析部分) (Ⅰ)建立了φ400mm以下实物管的常、低温断裂力学打压装置(可达-100℃,320大气压)。并取得实物管道在25~-110℃温度域内的打压破断结果。 (Ⅱ)对国产WX-60及三种进口管道用钢板进行了BDWTT;FATT;COD转变温度等断裂力学实验,并与打压破断转变温度建立了相互关系,为利用实验室断裂力学结果预测打压破断提供了实验论证。 (Ⅲ)对WX-60钢板进行了水介质中的腐蚀疲劳实验;表明水介质对浅裂纹的扩展
