鼓泡法研究了pH、钙离子、铁离子、铜离子、氯离子、硫酸根离子、碱度和浓缩倍数等因素对循环水处理剂阻垢分散性能的影响。实验结果显示:随着pH、钙离子浓度、碱度和浓缩倍数的逐步增大,药剂的阻垢率大大降低,铁离子和硫酸根离子浓度的增加使药剂的阻垢率降低较为缓慢,而铜离子和氯离子浓度的加大对药剂的阻垢率基本没有影响。
The effects of pH, calcium, iron, copper, chloride, sulfate, alkalinity and concentration ratio on the scale inhibition and dispersion properties of circulating water treatment agent were studied by bubbling method. The experimental results showed that with the gradual increase of pH, concentration of calcium ion, alkalinity and concentration ratio, the scale inhibition rate of the agent was greatly reduced. The increase of concentration of iron ion and sulfate ion caused the decrease of the scale inhibition rate of the agent slowly, The increase of copper ion and chloride ion has no effect on the scale inhibition rate of the agent.
