目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶在鼻咽癌表达的意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法对26 例鼻咽癌组织进行标记及分析。结果:显示 M M P9 和 M M P2 与鼻咽癌的侵润及转移密切相关。 M M P9 和 M M P2 阳性表达率,淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组;低分化鳞癌高于高分化鳞癌。结论:表明 M M P9 和 M M P2 在鼻咽癌细胞突破基底膜向外扩散及转移中起着重要作用,两者参与了鼻咽癌的转移过程。
Objective: To investigate the significance of matrix metalloproteinase in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: 26 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were labeled and analyzed by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: M M P9 and M M P2 were found to be closely associated with invasion and metastasis of NPC. The positive rates of M M P9 and M M P2 in lymph node metastasis group were significantly higher than those in non-lymph node metastasis group. The poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. CONCLUSIONS: M M P9 and M M P2 play an important role in the outflow and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells beyond the basement membrane, both of which are involved in the metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
