通过对P91钢管焊接性分析以及国产焊接材料(KJ系列)熔敷金属成分和力学性能的分析,研究了采用KJ系列焊材对P91钢进行焊接的焊接工艺;在各项力学性能试验以及金相试验的基础上对焊接工艺试验结果进行综合评价,得出采用KJ系列焊材焊接P91钢,接头的焊接质量完全能够满足各种性能要求,研究成果为电建施工和电厂检修提供了依据。
By analyzing the weldability of P91 steel pipe and analyzing the composition and mechanical properties of the deposited metal of domestic welding material (KJ series), the welding process of welding P91 steel with KJ series welding consumables was studied.
