缺氧对人体带来的不利影响是尽人皆知的。尽管目前飞机座舱采用各种现代化装备。已将飞行中缺氧对人体的影响降低到最低限度,但是其影响及共危害依然存在。RA调节系统是属于人体水盐代谢和血压控制的重要的内分泌调节范畴,具有通常存在的反馈调节机制,与神经系统共同组成双相调节。本文旨在采用放射免疫分析方法检测肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ,观察在低压舱缺氧条件下,对飞行员RA调节系统的影响。
The adverse effects of hypoxia on the human body is well known. Despite the current aircraft cockpit using a variety of modern equipment. The impact of hypoxia on the human body in flight has been reduced to a minimum, but its impact and total harm still exist. RA regulation system belongs to the important regulation of endocrine regulation of water and salt metabolism and blood pressure control in human body. It has the usual feedback regulation mechanism and forms the biphasic regulation together with the nervous system. The aim of this paper is to examine the effect of renin and angiotensin Ⅱ by radioimmunoassay in pilots RA system under hypoxia condition in low pressure cabin.
