目的 为客观评价宝山区常规免疫接种率报告情况、存在的问题及其影响因素。方法 将宝山区1996～2000年常规免疫接种月报系统工作情况作分析评价。结果 用D值评价,1996～1998年报告情况还较令满意,但2000年的实际接种率与估计接种率差值较大,D>1.05为不可信。比值(R)值评价:1996～1999年3 BCG/POV、1996～2000年DPT/OPV均为可信,1996～1998年HBV/OPV,R<0.90为不可信。结论 存在的问题有漏登、漏报等现象。常规免疫接种报告数据的质量还待提高。
Objective To objectively evaluate the report of routine immunization rate in Baoshan District, the existing problems and their influencing factors. Methods Baoshan routine vaccination from 1996 to 2000 monthly reporting system for evaluation. The results were evaluated by D value. The report from 1996 to 1998 was still satisfactory. However, the difference between the actual vaccination rate and the estimated vaccination rate was large in 2000, and D> 1.05 was not credible. Evaluation of ratio (R): 3 BCG / POV from 1996 to 1999 and DPT / OPV from 1996 to 2000 were all credible. From 1996 to 1998, HBV / OPV, R <0.90 was not credible. Conclusions There are problems such as omission, omission and so on. The quality of routine immunization reporting data needs to be improved.
