本文采用慢拉伸(0.11mm/min)、快速拉伸(3mm/min)、恒负荷研究了18Ni马氏体时效钢的一般腐蚀性能、应力腐蚀和氢脆行为。结果如下:马氏体时效钢在试验溶液中的腐蚀,按人工汗水、3.5%NaCl、去离子水、兰墨水顺序逐渐变弱;在这些溶液中,马氏体时效钢几乎有相同的应力腐蚀敏感性;经440~540℃时效处理的钢,都有氢脆敏感性,但冷轧钢却不显示敏感。冷轧后只时效的钢,其敏感性也较低。
In this paper, the general corrosion behavior, stress corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement behavior of 18Ni martensitic steel were studied by slow drawing (0.11mm / min) and rapid drawing (3mm / min) under constant load. The results are as follows: The corrosion of the martensitic steel in the test solution gradually weakened in the order of artificial sweat, 3.5% NaCl, deionized water and blue ink; in these solutions, the martensitic aged steel had almost the same stress corrosion Sensitivity; 440 ~ 540 ℃ aging treatment of steel, have hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity, but the cold-rolled steel does not show sensitivity. After aging only aging steel, its sensitivity is lower.
