采用取向分布函数(ODF)法,研究了冷轧过程中等通道挤压法制备的超细晶纯铝的晶粒尺寸与形状对形变织构的影响。结果表明:形变量小于28%时,织构类型与挤压态相似,织构强度出现下降,当形变量大于64%时,织构类型以冷轧织构(B+R+D)为主,且随着形变量的增加,织构强度逐渐增加。与粗晶纯铝冷轧织构(B+S+C)相比,织构类型发生了一定偏离。随着晶粒尺寸的增加,织构强度增加。纤维状晶粒的织构强度高于等轴状晶粒。
The influence of the grain size and shape of the ultrafine-grained pure aluminum prepared by isopipe extrusion on the texturing texture was investigated by means of the orientation distribution function (ODF) method. The results show that when the deformation amount is less than 28%, the texture type is similar to the extrusion state, and the texture strength decreases. When the deformation amount is more than 64%, the texture type is dominated by cold rolling texture (B + R + D) , And with the increase of deformation, texture strength increases gradually. Compared with the coarse-grained pure-aluminum cold-rolled texture (B + S + C), the texture type has some deviation. As the grain size increases, texture strength increases. The texture strength of fibrous grains is higher than that of equiaxed grains.
