教育理论与实践的脱离是影响教师教育质量和教师专业成长水平的重要原因之一,双向合作的教师教育模式是解决这一问题的有益尝试与探索。石河子大学与新疆中小学教育联盟论坛的举行,旨在引导石河子大学和新疆中小学校在合作的基础上,共同承担起教师教育的责任。论坛在分析大学与中小学密切合作动力的基础上,提出了石河子大学和新疆中小学建立合作的思路与构想。
The separation of educational theory and practice is one of the important reasons that affect the quality of teacher education and the professional growth of teachers. The two-way cooperative teacher education model is a beneficial attempt and exploration to solve this problem. Shihezi University and Xinjiang Primary and Secondary Education Union forum held to guide Shihezi University and Xinjiang primary and secondary schools on the basis of cooperation and jointly assume the responsibility of teacher education. On the basis of analyzing the close cooperation motivation between universities and primary and secondary schools, the Forum proposed the idea and conception of establishing cooperation between Shihezi University and primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang.
