目的探讨脑梗死患者血清尿酸(uric acid,UA)水平与颈动脉粥样硬化(Carotid artery atherosclerosis,CAA)斑块及脑梗死的关系。方法检测78例脑梗死患者的血清尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglycerides,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(Low-density lipoprotein,LDL-C)水平,并应用彩色多普勒超声检测其颈动脉内中膜厚度(intimal-medial wall thickness,IMT)及斑块。结果脑梗死组患者血清UA水平及IMT值高于对照组(P<0.05),脑梗死组内高尿酸(HUA)组TG、LDL水平较尿酸正常组显著增加(P<0.05)。脑梗死组内颈动脉粥样硬化亚组尿酸水平比较,IMT增厚组、斑块形成组尿酸水平较IMT正常组高(P<0.05)。结论 HUA血症可能是脑梗死重要危险因素,且与颈动脉粥样硬化形成有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid (UA) level and carotid artery atherosclerosis (CAA) plaque and cerebral infarction in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Serum uric acid (UA), total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein lipoprotein and LDL-C levels were measured. Intimal-medial wall thickness (IMT) and plaques were detected by color Doppler sonography. Results The levels of serum UA and IMT in patients with cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of TG and LDL in the hyperuric acid (HUA) group were significantly higher than those in the normal uric acid group (P <0.05). Compared with the carotid atherosclerosis subgroups in cerebral infarction group, uric acid levels in IMT thickening group and plaque formation group were higher than those in normal IMT group (P <0.05). Conclusion HUA hyperlipidemia may be an important risk factor for cerebral infarction and is related to the formation of carotid atherosclerosis.
