在装配工作中,拧紧各种螺钉和螺帽很费时和费力的。为了提高装配工作的效率,减轻工人的体力劳动,我厂工人颉宝春同志,大胆革新,创制了电动拧螺钉机,比人工拧螺钉可提高效率20倍。电动拧螺钉机的结构如附图中 A 图所示。小车1的一端装有0.1马力的电动机2,另一端装上传动轴4和轴承座架5。电动机通过齿轮对3带动轴4;轴与轴承间装有黄铜轴瓦6。软轴9通过铆销8与传动轴4连接,软轴外面再套上软管10;软管是用夹圈7紧固在轴承座架5
