人文素质教育是现代艺术教育不可或缺的部分。艺术工作者人文素质的高低,直接关系到其人格的生成、艺术品味的趋向和艺术作品的创作。然而,由于教育功利化等历史与现实原因,目前艺术类人才培养模式存在偏差,艺术与人文被割裂开,这一培养模式的片面性进而导致目前我国艺术类学生人文素质缺失现象十分明显。因此,在艺术人才的培养中如何改革培养模式,遵循艺术与人文的双规律,需要我们积极探索思考。
Humanistic education is an indispensable part of modern art education. The level of humanistic quality of art workers is directly related to the generation of their personality, the tendency of artistic taste and the creation of artistic works. However, due to historical and practical reasons such as the utilitarianization of education, there is a bias in the mode of cultivation of art talents and the fragmentation of art and humanity. The one-sidedness of this training model has led to the obvious lack of humanistic quality of Chinese art students. Therefore, how to reform the training mode and follow the double law of art and humanity in the cultivation of artistic talents requires us to actively explore and think.
