顶岗实习是提高学生职业能力、创新能力和就业竞争力的重要环节。数控专业由于自身的特性在施行过程中存在企业的积极性不高、实习单位分散,管理难度大、学生心态与观念难以转变等问题。为此必须从企业、学校、学生三个层面入手,探讨加强校企合作,提高顶岗实习效果的新模式。 Internship is to improve students occupational skills, innovation and employment competitiveness an important part. Because of its own characteristics, CNC major has some problems such as low enthusiasm of enterprises, scattered internship units, difficulty of management and difficulty of students’ mentality and concept change. To this end, we must start from the three levels of enterprises, schools and students to explore a new mode of strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises and enhancing the effectiveness of internships.
