历经近两年的起草，证券法修订草案首次提请十届全国人大常委会第15次会议审议，正式进入全国人大常委会的立法程序。 全国人大财经委员会副主任委员周正庆就首次提请审议的证券法修订草案作了说明。 王兆国、李铁映、司马义·艾买提、何鲁丽、丁石孙、成思危、许嘉璐、蒋正华、顾秀莲、热地、盛华仁、路甬祥、乌云其木格、韩启德、傅铁山出席会议。国务委员周永康、最高人民法院院长肖扬、最高人民检察院检察长贾春旺列席会议。 证券法将作较大修改 全国人大财政经济委员会副主任委员周正庆今天在十届全国人大常委会第15次会议上，作证券法修订草案的说明。1999年7月1日起实施的证券法，将作较大修改。
After drafting for nearly two years, the draft revision of the securities law was first submitted to the 15th meeting of the Tenth National People’s Congress for consideration and formally entered the legislative process of the NPC Standing Committee. Zhou Zhengqing, vice chairman of the NPC Financial and Economic Committee, made a presentation on the draft revision of the securities law for the first time. Wang Zhaoguo, Li Tieying, Ismail Aittie, He Luli, Ding Shisun, Cheng Siwei, Xu Jialu, Jiang Zhenghua, Gu Xiulian, He Di, Sheng Huaren, Lu Yongxiang, Wu Qimuge, Han Qide and Fu Tieshan attended the meeting. Zhou Yongkang, State Councilor, Xiao Yang, the president of the Supreme People’s Court, and Jia Chunwang, the procurator of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, attended the meeting. Securities Law Will Make Greater Amendments Zhou Zhengqing, Vice Chairman of the Financial and Economic Committee of the NPC, explained the revised draft of the Securities Law at the 15th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People’s Congress today. The Securities Law, which came into force on July 1, 1999, will undergo major changes.
