本文通过对大学生心理健康课程现状的分析,提出了大学生心理健康课程面临的机遇和挑战,指出应该将课程定位在提高大学生心理健康意识层面,合理安排教学内容,避免重复和混乱,应以互动式教学为基本模式,提高课堂教学的有效性。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of college students ’mental health curriculum, this paper puts forward the opportunities and challenges that college students face in mental health curriculum. It points out that the curriculum should be oriented to improve college students’ mental health awareness, arrange teaching content reasonably, avoid repetition and confusion, Teaching as the basic model to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
