2011年的春节,佛山楼市遭遇寒流。受到传统淡季以及新“国八条”、房产税、加息等楼市新政的叠加影响,2月份成交下滑,春节后佛山楼市难以迅速回暖,短期内继续“冬眠”。2011年春节期间,佛山楼市遭遇寒流,据佛山多家中介机构周报统计数据显示,春节期间佛山一手楼的成交量在120套左右,对比平时周均成交套数有至少九成的下滑。
