针对国内航空MRO领域离散维修车间普遍存在的工时管理复杂混乱、工时数据信息失真、统计困难等问题,对存在多对多关系的机械员与工卡提出了一种严谨实用的工时分摊算法,在此基础上开发了工时信息采集管理系统,并在MRO领域某飞机大修车间取得了成功应用。
Aiming at the problems such as the complicated management of time management, the distortion of working hours data information and statistical difficulties which are common in the discrete maintenance workshop of domestic aviation MRO, a rigorous and practical time sharing algorithm is put forward for mechanics and work cards with many-to-many relationships. Based on this, we have developed a time information collection and management system and successfully applied it to an aircraft overhaul workshop in the MRO area.
