目的:探讨MCM3蛋白在甲状腺肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:选择甲状腺肿瘤术后新鲜组织标本150例为研究对象,其中甲状腺乳头状癌50例和单纯结节性甲状腺肿50例,另选择同期单纯结节性甲状腺肿切除术中周边正常甲状腺组织50例。应用免疫印迹方法检测MCM3蛋白的表达,分析MCM3蛋白的表达与甲状腺肿瘤的临床病理特征的关系。结果:甲状腺乳头状癌中MCM3阳性表达明显高于单纯结节性甲状腺肿和正常甲状腺组织,且结节性甲状腺肿组织中MCM3蛋白表达也高于正常甲状腺组织。结论:MCM3异常表达与甲状腺肿瘤的发生密切相关,且MCM3蛋白的表达越高越提示为恶性肿瘤,从中反映MCM3蛋白可作为甲状腺癌恶性生物学行为的重要标记物之一。
Objective: To investigate the expression of MCM3 protein in thyroid tumor and its clinical significance. Methods: A total of 150 cases of thyroid neoplasms were selected as the research object, including 50 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma and 50 cases of simple nodular goiter. In the same period, the adjacent normal thyroid tissue 50 example. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of MCM3 protein and the relationship between the expression of MCM3 protein and the clinicopathological features of thyroid tumors. Results: The positive expression of MCM3 in papillary thyroid carcinoma was significantly higher than that in simple nodular goiter and normal thyroid tissue, and the expression of MCM3 protein in nodular goiter was also higher than that in normal thyroid tissue. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of MCM3 is closely related to the occurrence of thyroid neoplasms. The higher the expression of MCM3 protein, the more malignant tumors suggest that MCM3 protein may be one of the important markers of malignant behavior of thyroid cancer.
