我公司是生产高端减速机的专业厂家,在2013年4~5月,用R800 HOFLER磨齿机磨齿时出现了大批的齿面磨削裂纹。磨削裂纹分布在不同模数、不同齿数的齿轮上,大小齿轮共计41件,给公司造成了一定的经济损失。本文从失效的齿轮上出现的裂纹形态和位置上分析,通过对齿轮热处理工艺、磨齿参数、磨齿切削液及偏磨上展开调查研究,从而制订了有效的改进措施,实现了防止质量事故再发生的目的。
Our company is a professional manufacturer of high-end reducer. From April to May 2013, a large number of flank grinding cracks appeared when grinding with R800 HOFLER grinding machine. Grinding cracks distributed in different modulus, different number of gear, the size of a total of 41 gear, the company caused some economic losses. In this paper, we analyze the shape and position of the crack that appears on the failed gear. Through the investigation of the gear heat treatment process, grinding parameters, grinding cutting fluid and partial wear, effective measures for improvement are formulated to prevent quality accidents Re-occurrence of the purpose.
