国内外炼锡厂的粗锡精炼除铅作业,试验和试用过多种方法,都不甚满意。我国创造的结晶法和焊锡电解联合流程,生产上已使用多年,但也存在一些问题:流程长,金属回收率仅94～96％,原材料消耗多,生产费用较高(500～700￥/t),环境污染较大。为了寻求更合理的工艺,我们从五十年代末期即开展了真空蒸馏法的研究,取得实验室的研究结果。1975年进行了扩大试验。
