目的探讨地震救灾医护人员身心健康状况,为有效维护其身心健康提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自行设计的调查表对参加汶川地震救灾的35名医护人员进行身心健康状况调查。结果地震救灾医护人员中10人存在生理健康问题(血压升高4人,皮肤病1人,感冒4人,关节痛1人),同时伴有食欲下降、睡眠欠佳;14人存在心理健康问题;地震救灾医护人员躯体化症状和焦虑评分显著高于常模(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论地震救灾医护人员存在不同程度的生理健康问题及心理问题,需予以针对性身心干预,以改善其身心健康状况,避免或减轻创伤后应激障碍的发生。
Objective To explore the physical and mental health conditions of earthquake relief workers and provide the basis for effective maintenance of their physical and mental health. Methods Self-rating Symptomatic Scale (SCL-90) and self-designed questionnaire were used to investigate the mental and physical health conditions of 35 medical staff participating in the Wenchuan earthquake disaster relief. Results Physiological problems (4 people with elevated blood pressure, 1 person with dermatosis, 4 people with cold and 1 person with joint pain) were found in 10 of the earthquake relief workers, accompanied by decreased appetite and poor sleep; 14 had mental health problems ; Somatization symptoms and anxiety scores of earthquake relief workers were significantly higher than those of norm (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion There are different degrees of physical health problems and psychological problems among earthquake relief workers. Psychological and physical interventions are needed to improve their physical and mental health and avoid or reduce post-traumatic stress disorder.
