目的:观察和分析阿仑膦酸钠(alendronate,ALD)对维甲酸所致实验性骨质疏松大鼠的防治作用。方法:观察ALD(1.8,3.6mg.kg-1.d-1)对维甲酸所致实验性骨质疏松大鼠股骨灰度值、骨小梁宽度和骨小梁密度的影响。结果:与模型对照组相比,ALD可明显增加维甲酸所致实验性骨质疏松大鼠股骨灰度值,骨小梁宽度和骨小梁密度与模型对照组相比有显著差异。结论:ALD可使维甲酸所致实验性骨质疏松大鼠股骨矿密度增加,骨小梁病变改善,有明显的防治骨质疏松作用。
Objective: To observe and analyze the preventive and therapeutic effects of alendronate (ALD) on rats with experimental osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid. Methods: The effects of ALD (1.8,3.6mg.kg-1.d-1) on the gray value of the femur, the trabecular bone width and the trabecular meshwork density were observed in rats with experimental osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid. RESULTS: Compared with the model control group, ALD significantly increased the gray value of femur, trabecular width and trabecular density in experimental osteoporosis rats induced by retinoic acid. Compared with the model control group, there was a significant difference. CONCLUSION: ALD can increase the density of femoral mineral in experimental osteoporosis rats induced by retinoic acid, improve the trabecular bone lesion and prevent and cure osteoporosis.
