目的:探讨中药炮制方法对于中药临床应用治疗效果的影响。方法:选择在我院接受服用中药治疗的患者99例作为研究对象,将其根据中药饮片炮制前筛选方式的不同分为炮制前分档组(A组)、水处理前分档组(B组)和水处理及炮制前分档组(C组),每组33例,3组患者共治疗30d,比较3组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:A组患者临床治疗总有效率为97.0%(32/33),B组为78.8%(26/33),C组为75.8%(25/33),A组与B组和C组相比,差异明显(P<0.05),B组和C组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:炮制后的中药毒性降低,在炮制中药饮片前,严格进行水处理前和炮制前分档可有效降低药物的毒性,最大程度地发挥药物治疗疾病的效果。
Objective: To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine concocting method on clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Ninety-nine patients who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital were selected as the research object. According to the screening methods of Chinese traditional medicine slices, they were divided into three groups: group A before treatment, group B before water treatment, ) And water treatment and processing before sub-file group (C group), 33 cases in each group, 3 patients were treated for 30d, the clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of clinical treatment in group A was 97.0% (32/33), in group B 78.8% (26/33), in group C 75.8% (25/33), in group A and group B and in group C (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between group B and group C (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The toxicity of the prepared Chinese medicine is reduced. Before the processing of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces, strict water treatment before treatment and sub-treatment before processing can effectively reduce the toxicity of drugs and maximize the effect of drug treatment of diseases.
