随着新课标改革的深入,体育课堂管理也应随着时代的步伐不断推陈出新。文章对新时期低年级小学生体育课堂管理进行探析,发现学生在课堂上存在诸多有碍教学的行为和表现,究其原因是由体育课堂的特殊性以及他们所处年龄阶段的生理和心理特征所决定的。文章进一步针对学生特征和时代要求,提出体育课堂刚柔相济的管理的模式,以适应新课标下体育课堂的有效组织,提高课堂教学质量和效果。
With the deepening of the reform of the new curriculum standard, the management of the physical education classroom should be constantly updated with the pace of the times. This article analyzes the management of P. E class in primary school in the new era and finds that there are many behaviors and manifestations in the classroom that hamper teaching. The reason is that the particularity of physical education classroom and the physical and psychological characteristics of the age class decided. The article further aims at the characteristics of students and the demands of the times, puts forward the management model of rigid and soft physical education in order to adapt to the effective organization of physical education classroom under the new curriculum standards and improve the quality and effectiveness of classroom teaching.
