目的:旨在研究食品安全与卫生之间的主要关系,对二者发展前景进行详细分析和阐述。方法:通过食品定义内容角度进行分析,对食品卫生概念和食品安全概念有所掌握,分析出二者间存在四种主要关系,共包含了安全卫生共存食品、安全但不卫生食品和卫生但不安全食品以及既不安全又不卫生食品。结果:食品本身具备一定安全特质和卫生特质,食品卫生要素与对应食品安全要素之间既存在一定共同点,又存在较大差异,但是具体内涵之中并不存在大小问题。结论:食品安全达标并不意味着食品卫生发展处于较高层次,二者呈互相促进、互相发展的和谐态势。
Objective: To study the main relationship between food safety and health and to analyze and elaborate on the development prospects of both. Methods: From the angle of food definition content analysis, the concept of food hygiene and food safety concepts have mastered, analysis of the four main relationships between the two contained a total of safety and health co-existence of food, safe but unhygienic food and hygiene but not Safe food and unsafe and unhealthy food. Results: The food itself has certain safety traits and hygiene characteristics. There is not only some commonalities but also great differences between the food hygiene elements and the corresponding food safety elements, but there is no size problem in the specific connotation. Conclusion: The compliance of food safety standards does not mean that the development of food hygiene is at a high level. The two are in a harmonious state of mutual promotion and mutual development.
