HSU17714是应用减式杂交技术筛选出来的大肠癌相关基因,为了进一步了解此基因在大肠癌及其它肿瘤组织中的表达情况。采用RNAdotblot进行了研究。结果显示:50例大肠腺癌中,表达降低的有16例,占32%,而且与是否伴有淋巴结转移有关。15例乳腺癌中有3例表达降低,占20%。另外,在急淋、急粒、肺腺癌、食管鳞癌各1例中亦有表达降低现象。说明HSU17714在大肠癌组织中可能存在着不同程度的表达缺陷,可能是大肠癌晚期的分子事件。同时,HSU17714基因亦可能是其它肿瘤发生发展的一个分子标志。
HSU17714 is a colorectal cancer-related gene screened by subtractive hybridization to further understand its expression in colorectal cancer and other tumor tissues. RNAdotblot was used for the study. The results showed that in 50 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma, the expression was reduced in 16 cases, accounting for 32%, and it was related to the presence or absence of lymph node metastasis. Three of 15 cases of breast cancer showed decreased expression, accounting for 20%. In addition, there was a decrease in expression in one case of acute leukemia, acute granules, lung adenocarcinoma, and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. It indicates that HSU17714 may have different degrees of expression defects in colorectal cancer tissues and may be a molecular event in the late stages of colorectal cancer. At the same time, HSU17714 gene may also be a molecular marker for the development of other tumors.
