对以废弃混凝土、废弃砖、普通骨料3种混凝土为填充料的6根薄壁矩形钢管混凝土柱进行轴压试验,探究构件的破坏特征以及长细比对轴压承载力的影响。研究结果表明:长细比λ=15,柱试件钢管局部鼓曲集中于柱顶部;长细比λ=8,柱试件集中于柱中部、底部。采用普通骨料及废弃混凝土骨料的柱试件轴压承载力计算适于《矩形钢管混凝土结构技术规程》(CECS159:2004),而采用废弃砖骨料的柱试件轴压承载力计算适于采用考虑钢管约束效应的设计规范、规程。
Six thin-walled rectangular CFST columns filled with three kinds of concrete, waste concrete, waste brick and common aggregate were tested for axial compression. The failure characteristics of the members and the influence of slenderness ratio on the bearing capacity were investigated. The results show that: the slenderness ratio λ = 15, the local drum tube of the test specimen is concentrated on the top of the column; the slenderness ratio λ = 8, the column specimen is concentrated on the middle and the bottom of the column. The calculation of axial compressive bearing capacity of column specimen with normal aggregate and waste concrete aggregate is suitable for the “Technical Specification of Rectangular Steel Tube Concrete Structure” (CECS159: 2004), while the calculation of axial compressive bearing capacity of column specimen with waste brick aggregate In the use of design considerations to consider the constraints of steel rules, procedures.
