现阶段,在人们生活水平提高的同时,其法制观念也不断增强,相应的我国的法制建设也迈出了新的台阶。近几年,火灾问题频繁发生,但其认定结果并不科学准确,尚存在很大的纰漏,尤其是对电气火灾原因调查结果的认定方面,不仅严重威胁了人们的生命财产安全,也在一定程度上阻碍了社会经济的发展。本文结合笔者自己多年来的工作经验,对电气火灾原因调查中存在的问题及解决措施进行了简单的论述,希望对相关领域的工作有所启发。 At the present stage, as people’s standard of living rises, their notion of the legal system has also been constantly enhanced. Based on my own work experience over the years, this article briefly discusses the problems and solutions in the investigation of the causes of electrical fires and hopes to inspire the work in related fields.
